For all new clients we do require a deposit on all services. This deposit will be applied to your total service cost. Deposit amounts are as follows:
Color services | $50
Highlighting/Balayage | $100
Haircuts | $30
We ask that you shoot us a text or give us a call if you’re going to be arriving late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please keep in mind that your stylist may need to alter the service from the original service scheduled, or we may have to reschedule your appointment.
To better serve you, please provide us with 48 hour notice should your appointment need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your service time are subject to a 50% service fee. Same day cancellations and no shows will be charged for the full service. A credit card is require to reserve a service appointment.

We understand that not all products work for everyone. We will gladly return unopened/unused products, or exchange used products within 14 days of purchase.
Unless they are receiving their own service, we kindly ask that all children under 12 remain at home. The studio is a small space and we can not assure their safety with hot tools, chemicals, and sharp objects. It is in everyones best interest that your littles stay safe and out of harms way so we are able to provide an amazing experience for you! We thank you so much for your understanding.
In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us within 14 days of your service by giving us a call at (678) 252-5804 or filling out our client satisfaction form here. We strive to make sure we exceed all of our guests’ expectations and will do what we can to ensure you are happy with your service!
